Document delivery services in Central Library

Document Delivery Services (DDS) in the Central Library, which previously operated from the Repro-graphic Services Dept, was transferred to the Reference and Information Services (RIS) Dept on 1 Sept 1999.
Staff and postgraduate students from the faculties and departments served by the Central Library can submit their requests for document delivery at the Information Desk or send them by internal mail to:

You also collect your articles from the Reference Office on the 5th Floor in Central Library. Special libraries accept requests for DDS from their users.
Electronic forms to Request for Document Delivery are available on the NUS Digital Library Web page at http://www.lib.nus.edu.sg/digital/.
Academic staff may submit their requests electronically, with effect from 11 Sept 1999. Higher degree students are required to fill out the details of the article they want on the form, print it and obtain their supervisor’s signature on it before sending it to the library.
For staff and postgraduate students who would prefer to receive the articles in electronic format, if the library receives the article in that format from the document supplier, please submit the electronic form Registration for Online Document Delivery Services.
